Return Policy
If your new, unaltered, regular-priced item doesn’t fit, isn’t the right colour, or just doesn’t suit you, you’re welcome to return it within 10 days of purchase—or by January 15th for holiday purchases. We’ll happily offer an exchange or in-store credit.
Please note: All discounted and sale items are final sale.

Product Warranty
We pride ourselves in partnering with the best travel companies and manufactures out there! That means if they don’t stand behind their product we won’t sell it. Please refer to their web pages for warranty explanation or email us and we will send you the link.

Mail Order and Online Purchases
Our policies remain the same however, the customer is responsible for all costs to return items to the store, plus a 15% re-stocking fee. Please note, shipments sent outside of Canada maybe be subject to duty and taxes, which will also be the responsibility of the customer.
