Adventure Clothing started the way most good ideas do: with a love of travel and a gap that needed filling.
Jennifer Robinson moved to Victoria over a decade ago with a spirit of adventure and a clear-eyed frustration that finding the right travel gear meant visiting five stores, settling for second-best, or ordering from somewhere that didn't understand what travellers actually need. She opened Adventure Clothing to change that.
Today, Adventure Clothing is Victoria's only dedicated travel store, with locations on Yates Street in Downtown Victoria and in Oak Bay. We also ship Canada-wide because great travel gear shouldn't be hard to find no matter where you live.
What We Carry and Why It's Here
Everything at Adventure Clothing earns its place. We carry men’s and women’s travel clothing, luggage, bags, and accessories chosen for one reason: they hold up on real trips.
Before Jennifer opened the store, she spent years in the travel and lifestyle retail world with Tilley Endurables, one of Canada's most iconic travel brands. That background shaped everything about how Adventure Clothing is built. We don't carry a bit of everything. We carry what works.
That means luggage engineered with lifetime guarantees. Clothing designed to pack small, resist wrinkles, and look good on day twelve of a trip. Bags with anti-theft construction for crowded cities. Accessories that solve small problems before they become annoying ones on a trip.
If it doesn't hold up during your adventure, it doesn't make it to our shelves.

The people behind the counter at Adventure Clothing are travellers themselves. We know which bag size works best for a two-week trip. Which packing system finally makes carry-on-only feel possible. Which pieces in the women's clothing section will still look polished on the last day of a cruise.
That expertise is what separates a travel boutique from a general retailer. We're not here to move inventory. We're here to help you pack smarter and travel better.
